Poor experience for me. The son is the mechanic and not very knowledgeable when it comes to Treks hydraulic brake system. Sold me mineral oil for my Hayes 9 brakes, unfortunately for me the system uses DOT 4 hydraulic brake fluid. The mineral oil wrecked the seals in the brake system. This cost me quite a bit of $ to fix the problem. I repaired the system myself and will not be going to the crazy loon for any kind of service on my Trek fuel EX9 mountain bike. Stopped by 3 times to discuss the problem and the son, "the so called mechanic" is never around. I would not recommend this place for service on your bicycle.
